Art galleries in Hialeah include the Crystal Art Gallery, Mario’s Art Gallery, and the Jakmel Art Gallery. Children’s cultural arts programs, including ballet, jazz, modern dance, hip-hop, tap, salsa, belly dancing, and drama are offered through the City of Hialeah and the Goodlet Park Theater. Major productions of plays, musical performances and concerts are held at Milander Park Municipal Auditorium, the Gusman Center for the Performing Arts (Miami) and the Broward Center for the Performing Arts (Ft Lauderdale). As a major Latin community, Hispanic programs on TV & radio are performed on “Recuerdos de mi Cuba” (Memories of My Cuba).
