The Palmetto boys' volleyball team defeated Douglas 25-17, 18-25, 23-25, 25-15, 15-11 on Friday at Douglas in Parkland. Adrian Merino led the Panthers (3-0) with 43 assists and nine digs. Matias Ulloa had 24 kills, eight blocks and 23 digs. Andy Miller added 19 kills, 18 digs and four blocks.

The Krop girls' tennis team defeated Gulliver Prep 6-1 on Thursday at Gulliver. Krop's Shea Brodsky won girls' No. 3 singles 8-6, Katie Pough won No. 4 singles 8-2 and Sarah Parvder won No. 5 singles 8-1.

The Palmetto girls' tennis team picked up an easy 7-0 match victory over Coral Reef on Monday afternoon. Katherine Castro won the No. 1 singles match 6-0, 6-0. Also sweeping their opponents were Marissa Levine and Dylan Schlesinger.
